My mission is to help busy women embrace a life of clarity, balance, and purpose and move out of survival-mode and powerfully into “THRIVAL-mode.”

What is thrival-mode, you ask? It’s a place where you are grounded, you know your boundaries, and you relish in exquisite self-care. This is the place where we step into our power and live life on purpose.

Why do I coach? I started coaching more than 20 years ago when I completely lost myself in corporate America. I was 27 and had worked my way up the corporate ladder, only to find myself lost, confused, and completely unfulfilled. By every definition, I was “successful,” but I never felt more alone. That’s when I got a coach myself and realized that I had been defining myself by what I was DOING instead of who I was BEING. I had checked off everything diligently on my list of things to DO— forgetting to relish in the actual LIVING of my life.

So, I quit my corporate job. It seems a bit drastic, right? But it was the best decision I ever made! This was when my journey as a life coach began. I became a certified life coach a few years later and started a Nuclear Medicine Staffing company, which is based on a coaching model of creating work-life balance…something that is missing dearly in corporate America.

Having my own thriving company gave me some street cred, which allowed me the opportunity to work with other corporations looking to find more balance and clarity in their businesses. When employees are happy, productivity goes up. Leaders learn strategies to help their team flourish and grow and, in turn, we create an environment with high staff retention. It’s a win-win for everyone.

My coaching practice expanded to one-on-one clients, where I coach busy, busy women looking for clarity, balance, and purpose. When we are busy, we get consumed with DOING and we often forget about who we are BEING…and what we truly desire in our lives. We lack clarity and are searching for tools for direction. Having someone hold you accountable, reminding you of your badassery is an important way to move forward. And that is what I do for my clients.
