I started coaching more than 17 years ago when I completely lost myself in corporate America. I had worked my way up the corporate ladder, only to find myself lost, confused, and living an empty life. By every definition, I was “successful,” but I never felt more alone.
That’s when I started working with a coach and realized that I had been defining myself by what I was DOING instead of who I was BEING. I had checked off everything diligently on my list of things to DO—forgetting to relish in the actual LIVING of my life.
