The definition of balance: An even distribution of weight allowing someone or something to remain upright and steady. It also means to keep or put something or (someone) in a steady position so we do not fall.

Creating balance in your life is not a static, stagnant place –rather an organic and constantly moving state of mind. Where are you right now regarding Balance?

In this workshop, we will look at the Why, When, Where, What, and How of Balance. We will discover WHY balance is important to you. When and Where we feel out of balance. What are some specific action steps we can take to create more balance in your life. Then I’ll introduce you to a secret formula on how to maintain your balance - even during the most challenging of times.
